skarang ni bila dengar "production enhancement" je dh naik muak + loya..everybody is talking about it and it makes me sick! semua nak cepat, semua nak senang, semua nak push..in reality, some of them don't care what does it take to make it happen..what we need to consider and re-evaluate before we can say "production enhancement"..i know the we have to meet the national oil target but if 'some' people are not willing to "walk" on the same path with you, it's a waste of time talking about "production enhancement"..kalau nak tolong bagi/cari additional budget to cater the additional jobs xpe jgk..ni x, minyak lebih nak suruh cari, bila mintak duit lebih xnak tolong cari!! ape guna ko sebagai ***?it's so sickening when people ask me to give more & more candidates but to get it done within the approved budget for the year, mana boleh oi!! budak kecik pon tau kalau kalau sebijik gula2 = rm 0.10, ko boleh dpt 5 bijik la utk rm 0.50..sape ajar rm 0.50 boleh dapat 10 bijik???ha tu la certain org punya mentality..so malas la nak comment banyak2 kan..
 ko mmg berharga..tapi sebab ko aku jadi pening kepala
